The Athletic Department at Lynn University, now in the final days of preparations surrounding its 10th annual Blue & White Club Auction, recently added a number of new packages, trips and other items to the auction block - including big ticket items such as a week at the St. Louis Cardinals Legends Camp at Roger Dean Stadium in Jupiter, Fla., where the winner will play, train and mingle with childhood baseball heroes like Lou Brock and Whitey Herzog.

Other itemized highlights include week-long getaways to the Berkshires, Orlando and Key West; a guitar signed by country music star Randy Travis; a Zamboni ride at a Florida Panthers home game; spa and golf packages; and even a Vento Motor scooter to help people save at the pump. The 10th annual Blue & White Club Auction will take place on Friday, Oct. 24, at 7 p.m., in the de Hoernle Sports and Cultural Center on campus.

Reservations for the auction are $35. The event will feature silent and live auctions, raffles, food and drinks. Proceeds benefit and support Lynn student athletes. The Blue & White Club provides important financial and emotional support to the intercollegiate athletic programs at Lynn University. From recruiting and enhancements to additional scholarships and equipment, the club recognizes the importance of providing a top-quality experience for student athletes.
