Celebrity chef, Anna Mosesson, to hold Swedish cooking demonstration on campus

Lynn’s College of Hospitality Management and the Museum of Lifestyle and Fashion History are bringing Great Britain’s celebrity Swedish chef Anna Mosesson, author of Swedish Food and Cooking, to campus to conduct a special demonstration on Swedish cooking on Thursday, April 2, from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. in Lynn’s culinary lab located in the de Hoernle International Center. The presentation will be held in conjunction with Lynn’s chef-in-residence Craig Schmantowsky’s food preparation class. Mosesson was named as chef for Boynton Beach’s 3rd annual Swedish Enchantment event on Saturday, April 4, that recognizes Swedish culture, history, lifestyle, fashion and interior design.
